Making Healthy Shakes
 

 

It's so easy:-

  1. Take any flavour of Coolicious frozen yogurt
  2. Add skim milk
  3. Some fruit or flavoured syrups
  4. Blend for 15 seconds

              Serve as a Coolicious Culture Shake!

 

Useful hints and tips:-

  • Add more frozen yogurt for a thicker shake
  • Vanilla, chocolate, strawberry and banana are the most popular flavours
  • For ease of blending, add liquids first then other ingredients
  • Do not over blend as this may cause your shake to separate
